If you have technical questions or concerns regarding the installation, configuration, upgrade or operation of an AccuRev product that is not covered by our support material, please email us at support@accurev.com. Including the following information will allow us to help you faster:- Your name
- Company name,
- Your e-mail address
- Your telephone number and extension
- The version of AccuRev software you are currently using
- The operating platform of your AccuRev server(s)
- The operating platform of the AccuRev client
- A complete description of the issue or question
