AccuRev Announces Support of the HP Quality Management Ecosystem and Demonstrates Integrated
SCM Solution at HP Software Universe

Lexington, MA, June 20, 2007 – AccuRev Inc. today announced support for the HP Quality Management Ecosystem program at HP Software Universe 2007 in Las Vegas. At the conference, AccuRev is demonstrating integration between its process-centric software configuration management (SCM) and issue-tracking solution, AccuRev®, with HP TestDirector software for HP Quality Center. Development and QA teams may quickly leverage their current investment in HP quality management solutions while accessing the productivity advantages of AccuRev SCM for robust issue-based engineering workflow associated with source code changes.

The integration, available since September 2006, improves the traceability of all development work and provides a firm foundation for governance based on the strong auditing, transactional, and compliance features of both systems. The integration supports batch or automated transfers from HP TestDirector into AccuRev which helps ensure critical data is preserved between AccuRev change packages (the link between an issue record and all the file versions associated with an issue) and HP Quality Management. Additionally, exposing the power of AccuRev’s fully integrated change package capability to developers, release engineers, and engineering managers enables and helps enforce a seamless process workflow between the two solutions.
