  • AcuRev Announces AccuRev 3.7
  • AccuRev 3.7 includes a new Replication Server. This functionality is designed to provide increased performance for developers that are not collocated with the primary AccuRev server. AccuRev has identified tremendous growth of remote and offshore development teams, and with this growth comes the need for improved SCM tools. Building on existing best practices in the software, this new release will provide developers with a local copy of their entire development repository. With local access, performance for remote developers will be greatly improved, providing for higher productivity with AccuRev 3.7.

In addition to this functionality, AccuRev 3.7 includes a series of usability and performance improvements. These improvements provide an improved developer experience using AccuRev software. Examples of usability improvements include improved search capabilities, new display options, and greater flexibility in the StreamBrowser.

We anticipate that AccuRev 3.7 will be released in March 2005.
