Lorne Cooper
President
Lorne Cooper is President of AccuRev. He is responsible for business strategy, product development, sales, services, marketing and business development efforts.
Most recently, Lorne was President of PeerDirect, a developer of embedded database synchronization technology to software companies worldwide. Before PeerDirect, Lorne was President of NuSphere Corporation, a start-up subsidiary of Progress Software Corporation that delivers an Internet application platform based on open source components, providing an integrated foundation that allows companies to deploy reliable, cost-effective, enterprise-class applications.
Prior to joining NuSphere, he founded Sente, Inc., a software company that provided high-end software to designers of integrated circuits, particularly Intel, Motorola, Toshiba, NEC, Nortel and Ericsson. As President and CEO, Lorne ran Sente successfully for six years, culminating in the sale of the company. Before founding Sente, he was with Viewlogic Systems for nine years, where he served as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Product Marketing, and was part of the management team that brought the company to IPO and revenues of over $100 million.
Mr. Cooper has been a director on the boards of various software companies.He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Damon Poole
Founder & CTO
Damon Poole is the architect of AccuRev, AccuWork, AccuWorkflow and AccuReplica. He is the technical visionary for AccuRev product strategy and direction. He is an industry expert on Software Configuration Management (SCM), and is regularly asked to speak at industry conferences and seminars.
Mr. Poole has developed SCM best practices over his seventeen years managing small and large development projects at companies such as Fidelity Investments, where he tested the limits of what can be built on top of Rational's ClearCase; and the Open Software Foundation, where he led the SCM tools development effort for the massive multi-vendor integration projects.
Damon is also the founder of CM Today, The First Daily SCM News Site, which was acquired by CM Crossroads in 2003. Prior to founding AccuRev, Damon was an SCM Consultant, serving clients including IBM, Compaq, and FTP Software. Damon is the author of four pending SCM patents, and is also the author of "The TimeSafe Property - A Formal Statement of Immutability in CM." Damon earned his BS in Computer Science at the University of Vermont in 1987.

Cliff Utstein
Vice President Marketing & Business Development
As VP of Marketing and Business Development, Cliff brings 20 years of experience in software companies leading both marketing and business development.
He is responsible for all aspects of marketing, including business strategy, lead generation, marketing communications, product management, product marketing and public relations.In addition, Cliff is responsible for the strategic and technical alliances that help to fuel the company's continued growth.
Before joining AccuRev, Cliff held marketing, business development, and executive management positions at Vignette, Open Market, Sun Microsystems, and DataSage. Cliff holds a BS in Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and pursued his MS in Computer Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Norma McCluskey
Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Norma McCluskey brings 20 years of experience in leading software companies in sales and operations management. Norma is responsible for world-wide sales of AccuRev’s products and services.
Prior to joining AccuRev in 2001, Norma held sales, operations and executive management positions at software companies addressing the software configuration management (SCM), technical computing, data analysis and quality assurance markets. She has previous executive management experience at The Mathworks, Pure Atria, and Atria Software.
Norma holds a BA in Business Administration from Gordon College and an MBA in Marketing from Bentley University.
Randy Krenz
Vice President of Engineering
Randy Krenz is Vice President of Engineering at AccuRev. He is responsible for the software engineering, quality assurance and product documentation functions for the company.
Prior to joining AccuRev, Randy most recently served in the President and Vice President of Engineering roles with ComBrio, a provider of secure remote access infrastructure networking technology. He has additionally served in senior engineering leadership roles with both large and small companies, and involving a diverse mix of technologies , including VP of Products at PeerDirect and VP of Engineering at InCert Software.
Randy holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University, an M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University, and an M.B.A. from Loyola College.
David Jabs
Chief Architect
David Jabs is Chief Architect at AccuRev. Mr. Jabs brings over 25 years of senior management and engineering and architecture experience to his role at AccuRev.
Mr. Jabs was most recently vice president of engineering at Tibersoft where he was responsible for redefining the engineering strategy and completing key projects for Tibersoft’s largest customers. Mr. Jabs was also one of the founding architects of IBM Rational ClearCase at Atria Software where he participated in the architecture and design of many areas of the SCM product from the inception of the company and is a co-inventor of two ClearCase patents. David holds a B.A. in Physics from Dartmouth College.
Frank Price
Vice President of Technical Services
As Vice President of Technical Services, Frank manages AccuRev’s customer support, professional services and training organizations and is responsible for ensuring that customers are successful with AccuRev products.
Frank has over 20 years of service and support operations experience in the SCM, Embedded Systems Design and Electronic Design Automation industries, having held management positions at HHB-Systems, Racal-Redac, I-Logix, Synchronicity and MatrixOne.
Frank holds a B.S in Electrical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
