AccuBridge for Visual Studio PE 2008.1 Installation Packages

AccuRev is pleased to announce the 2008.1 release of its Visual Studio PE (Package Edition) integration for Visual Studio 2005 and 2008.

AccuBridge for Visual Studio PE is an upgrade to the previous version (4.6.0) of the integration between AccuRev and Visual Studio 2005.

Please note that this version is certified for use with AccuRev V4.5.3 and newer. AccuRev versions prior to V4.5.3 are not certified.

Below are some of the important areas of enhanced functionality available in this release:

Support for Microsoft Visual Studio 2008
AccuRev commands are present in the Solution Explorer context menu
AccuRev Tool Window with Searches, History and Synchronization Views
An AccuRev Toolbar for quickly executing commands on selected items in Solution Explorer
Support for Solutions spanning multiple AccuRev workspaces

To install: 1. Download the above zip file. 2. Unzip into your Accurev/bin directory. 3. Make sure that Visual Studio 2005 or 2008 is not running 4. If you have installed a prior version of the VisualStudio Add-in, uninstall it using the Add/Remove Programs applet in Windows Control Panel. 5. Run the AccPkgVSInstaller.msi file. 6. The installer will guide you through the rest of the installation.
