Platform Support Notes

Note 1
For important information on AccuRev and 64 Bit Linux configurations, please contact support@accurev.com

Note 2
Linux Operating System version can be determined by running uname -r from a command shell.

Note 3
Linux systems require glibc v2.0.7+. to find glibc version, use: rpm -qi glibc from a command shell.

Note 4
HP-UX requires operating system patches, see HP Java Patch Page.

Note 5
Solaris requires operating system patches, see Sun Java Patch Page.

Note 6
Solaris 2.5.1 is supported by the AccuRev server and command-line client interface. However, a different installation package is required. Please contact us if you require an installation package for this platform.

Note 7
The AccuRev client programs, both CLI and GUI, are supported on FreeBSD. The graphical client interface is not supported unless you have Java 1.3 or higher already installed on your system. The AccuRev Server is not available on FreeBSD.

Note 8
For Windows NT 4.0, Service Pack 5 or higher is required.

Note 9
For Windows 2000 systems which are not permanently connected to a network, or where SSH tunnelling is used, Microsoft patch Q294769 is required.

Note 10
For IRIX 6.2 - 6.4, accurev server requires patch 3356, SGI's rollup patch set, and the POSIX patch set from the same location.

Note 11
Installation requires X11 libraries to be installed on the system

Note 12
Currently, only the AccuRev Client software is available for this platform. During product installation, choose "Client" rather than "Full".
