AccuBridge SDK - Criteria for 3rd Party Issue Tracking System
In general the AccuBridge Developers ToolKit can generally be leveraged to interface with 3rd party Issue Tracking Systems provided they meet the following criteria:
1. 3rd party system must support some programmatic mechanism for extracting issues (query capability)
2. 3rd party system must support date based queries of issue data
3. 3rd party system must allow for addition of a new text field to hold AR change package data
4. 3rd party system must support programmatic update of said field.
5. 3rd party system must support programmatic method of determining if system is up and responding to queries and update requests (heartbeat capability)
