Peter Shields

President & Chief Executive Officer

Peter Shields is President and CEO of AccuRev. He is responsible for business strategy, product development, sales, services, marketing and business development efforts.

Peter joins AccuRev with an excellent track record and extensive experience managing software companies similar to AccuRev. Previous assignments included: CEO of SoundBite Communications (NASDAQ: SDBT), CEO of Formation Systems (acquired by Infor), and VP of Worldwide Sales at Aspen Technology (AZPN).

Peter holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, and a B.S.E., Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania 

 


 

David Jabs

Chief Technology Officer

David Jabs is Chief Technology Officer at AccuRev. He brings over 25 years of senior management and engineering and architecture experience to his role at AccuRev.

David was most recently vice president of engineering at Tibersoft, where he was responsible for redefining the engineering strategy and completing key projects for Tibersoft’s largest customers. He was also one of the founding architects of IBM Rational ClearCase at Atria Software, where he participated in the architecture and design of many areas of the SCM product from the inception of the company and is a co-inventor of two ClearCase patents.

David holds a B.A. in Physics from Dartmouth College.

 


 

Larry Ayres

Vice President, Engineering and Support

As Vice President of Engineering and Support, Larry Ayres is responsible for the development team to innovate and build the AccuRev software configuration management products, as well as deliver world-class support to AccuRev customers.

His agile development background comes with over 20 years of management experience in the software companies such as MetraTech, Comverse, and Boston Technology where he was responsible for the R&D of various enterprise and telecom products such as billing, media server, mobile gaming, voice mail and advanced development. Larry also holds several US patents related to the telecom sector.

Larry received a MBA from Syracuse University and earned a BET in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.

 


 

Carol Ferrari

Carol Ferrari

Vice President, Marketing

Carol Ferrari is the Vice President of Marketing. She is responsible for all aspects of marketing including lead generation, branding, press and analyst relations, and product marketing.

Carol joins us from Intronis, a cloud backup and recovery solution sold to mid market IT companies. As head of marketing and community, Carol was a major contributor to the Intronis’ significant growth. As a software marketing veteran, she has worked at various sized public and private companies helping them to implement highly metrics-driven, repeatable and scalable marketing programs.

Carol graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in engineering and business, and received her MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

 


 

Bradbury Hart

Vice President, Product Management

As Vice President of Product Management, Brad Hart is responsible for all aspects of AccuRev’s product strategy. Brad brings over 18 years experience in high tech companies, specializing in software engineering process, design and implementation.

Previously, Brad held technical leadership roles at Nervewire Corporation, Eprise Corporation, and Rational Software, where he was responsible for the design, implementation and support of complex development environments and processes. Brad also served as a Design and Mechanical Engineer at Texas Instruments, United Technologies and Stratus Computer, developing products for Airbag, ABS, Traction Control, Steering, and Transmission systems as well as Propulsion design for Aerospace systems.

Brad earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1994 and his UNIX System / Network Admin, C, C++ Certification from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1998.

 


 

Frank Price

Vice President, Technical Services

As Vice President of Technical Services, Frank Price manages AccuRev’s professional services and training organizations and is responsible for ensuring that customers are successful with AccuRev products.

Frank has over 20 years of service and support operations experience in the SCM, Embedded Systems Design and Electronic Design Automation industries, having held management positions at HHB-Systems, Racal-Redac, I-Logix, Synchronicity and MatrixOne.

Frank holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

 


 

Al Rosenbaum

Al Rosenbaum

Vice President, Sales

Al Rosenbaum is the Vice President of Sales for AccuRev. He is charged with improving our customer success and growing the AccuRev customer base.

Al joins AccuRev with a proven record for growing revenues and improving company value propositions in a multitude of industries. Previous assignments included: SVP Sales and Marketing for BostonCoach (Fidelity Investments), LogicBay (Channel Software), Arch Wireless ($600M turnaround in telecom industry, InfoImage (Microsoft funded portal software). Al started his career as a Corporate Sales Representative for Hewlett-Packard.

Al holds and MBA in Marketing from Bentley University, and a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Behavior from the University of Massachusetts.

 


 

Christopher Sarno

Vice President, Finance

Christopher Sarno is Vice President of Finance at AccuRev. Chris is responsible for finance, accounting, human resources, software licensing, legal and information technology. Prior to joining AccuRev, Chris most recently served as Senior Controller of Brontes Technologies, Inc., which developed a real-time, hand-held 3D imaging system for dentists. Brontes was acquired by 3M Corp in 2006. After the pre-revenue acquisition, Chris stayed on at 3M to see the product through commercialization.

Prior to Brontes, Chris served as Controller and Director of Finance for iPhrase Technologies, Inc., a search and navigation enterprise software company, which was acquired by IBM in 2005. Chris started his career in financial management at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he worked with a variety of public and private clients and earned his C.P.A. license.

Chris holds a B.A. degree from New York University.
