		<description>I&#039;ve been looking at OSS distrinbuted SCM tools like Mercurial, Bzr, and Git - hoping of course to save the cost of licensing - but the more natural promotion model and visualization of Accurev streams have spoiled me.  The ability to easily define processes and see the movement of code and issues through the concept of streams really is the value proposition of Accurev.
