Agile Success Workshop


The Agile Success Workshop is a 3 day consulting engagement where our Agile experts meet with your leadership team to identify obstacles to greater success within your process, and develop a roadmap and metrics to process improvement.  The Agile Success Workshop will create an Agile rollout plan that your team supports using pragmatic, industry proven approaches to success across the enterprise.

We have found that many companies don't see the success with Agile after the rollout that they experienced with the pilot. The reasons for this can vary in each organization. Identifying and getting beyond these roadblocks is critical to truly capitalizing on Agile benefits like faster time to market and lower cost of development at scale.

This onsite workshop is an interactive session best leveraged early in your Agile scaling efforts, which will help you define process, practices, roles and a timeline for rollout teams. It will help prepare your executive, management and product stakeholders for Agile and the roles they will play. It typically takes about five hours from each of the members of your team and runs over two or three days with the findings and roadmap presentation coming a few days after the workshop.

This includes organizational goals and prioritization, rollout timelines and metrics, tooling and best practices around parallel and remote team management, test suites, code review tools and guidelines, management reporting approaches.
