Proof of Concept
We will identify a suitable project or a set of projects in which to pilot your transformation to Agile, and work side by side with your team to implement the recommendations from our assessment. We will provide the tool infrastructure, training and project management expertise to ensure success as you spearhead your organizations rollout of Agile. Metrics on your progress will be monitored along the way, management reports created and course corrections made as needed. Production Implementation and Agile Rollout
