Bob DeMaria

Bob DeMaria is an Agile Technical Evangelist with AccuRev who focuses on Project Management within Agile teams. In his role, he has delivered numerous process assessments (both Agile and non-Agile) and has spoken at the Agile Comes To You Seminar series. He is currently leading the instruction team for the Scrum Team User Training.

He has over 20 years of software development experience in a variety of roles. He has worked as DB Architect, Project Manager, UI Design for Decision Support System, and a consultant on many data warehousing projects. He has extensive Agile experience and is a Certified Scrum Master.

Bob graduated from the University of Lowell with a degree in MIS (Management Information Systems) and CS (Computer Science).

Chris Lucca

Chris Lucca is an Agile Technical Evangelist at AccuRev with a focus on Continuous Integration and build systems. He specializes in rapidly ramping up new Agile teams with their build automation and SCM infrastructure. He has been highly successful in helping organizations scale Agile initiatives, tooling and process improvement. Has carried out numerous Assessments, both Agile and Dev process focused and is a frequent speaker at the Agile Comes to You seminar series.

Chris is a Certified Scrum Master and has extensive experience and a deep working knowledge of Agile as well as traditional project transform methods. He has helped transform many organization's build and release processes, customized for their organizations. 

Prior to AccuRev, Chris was a software engineer for IBM-Rational as a build/release specialist. He has also performed various roles – from developer to release engineer and SCM consultant at Fidelity Investments, Lucent and Northernlight. 

Chris graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a B.S. degree in Computer Science.

Bill Almeda

Bill Almeda is an Agile Technical Evangelist as well as a Senior SCM consultant with AccuRev. Bill has over 10 years of software services, training and project management experience with both Agile and non-Agile teams. Bill's expertise includes deep knowledge of Software Configuration Management, Continuous Integration, Project Management Tools and related ALM processes.

Bill has been instrumental in ramping up software development teams with new processes, methodologies and toolstacks as well as leveraging his experience to perform detailed process audits and recommending improvements that helped those teams maximize their productivity and deliver greater customer value.

Bill is a certified Scrum Master and attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
