SCCM with AccuRev
Software change and configuration management (SCCM) combines aspects of both change management and configuration management to control a software development project as it evolves through the software development process. SCCM typically includes all technical aspects of the development process, such as version control, branching and merging. Additionally, SCCM includes change related activities such as issue tracking, document tracking, and process workflows that enable development teams to control the overall process.
AccuRev uniquely provides integrated change and configuration management via AccuWork, the integrated issue tracking system; change packages, which enable logical grouping of code changes to be associated with an issue; and the AccuRev StreamBrowser, which provides a visual management platform for code streams and process workflows.
